Students' CSR projects on Reponsible Business Innovation to be presented in Brussels

Hewlett Packard and Junior Achievement organized their traditional one day competition "Responsible Business and Innovation” on April 19th. Host of the competition was the Anglo-American School of Sofia. Nearly 120 students from 20 schools in the country discussed study cases related to the topic of responsible business. HP presented the students with the challenge of developing CSR projects within a certain budget. The winning project of the competition will be executed and carried out by Hewlett Packard as part of their commitment to benefiting society.  The students were randomly divided into 22 teams, they were given access to the internet and advice from business consultants – volunteers of HP. The winners impressed the jury with ideas for large scale projects related to improvement of eating habits, physical health and communication among the young. Participants who submit the best ideas for solving business problems, will have the opportunity to represent Bulgaria at the Innovation Camp in Brussels in May.
