Business Leaders Olympics

The project ‘Lead for Tomorrow’ is designed to solve one of the most complicated problems of our society today – the lack of leaders with ethics, breadth, courage, dedication and effectiveness. Its scheme and scale are unique for Bulgaria.
The successful business requires highly educated and motivated employees. Therefore, ‘Lead for Tomorrow’ gives chance to young talents and future managers in Bulgarian companies to learn directly from the best in the global business world. Thus, through series of lectures with outstanding individuals BBLF supports the professional development and leadership thinking of talented young managers. Regular meetings allow participants to join a network of contacts among young professionals - future leaders and managers.
‘Lead for Tomorrow’ may become a part of the CSR program of every company. By providing an opportunity to participate, each employer may express its appreciation to those, who demonstrate exceptional skills and effectiveness in their work.
The first three lectures were delivered by Rosen Plevneliev - former Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, elected president of Bulgaria in November 2011, David Fagiano - COO of Dale Carnegie Training, and Tom Keith Roach – Area Vice President Central Europe, Balkan, Baltics and CIS at AstraZeneca.
The project is held under the patronage of Mrs. Yordanka Fandakova, mayor of Sofia.
