The Business Master Classes are a professional training programme for future business leaders ­- the largest and longest-running BBLF project, carried out with great success in 2003-2011. Its main purpose is to bring together business and young people, while establishing a responsible relation between today's and future business leaders.

Each master class in several consecutive lectures discusses the most current problems of "real business". The objective is to go into deeper details about practical issues of each business and thus bridge the gap between students' theoretical background and real business expectations. Lecturers are managers of the top companies in the respective industry, who voluntarily provide students with information on the business environment, contemporary local and international tendencies, case-studies from day-to-day business, the most interesting market trends, business overviews and their own personal success stories.

The project is constantly developing to meet the needs of young people and to offer them new opportunities. The subjects for various classes are different each year and the scale of the project is expanding every year. It is carried out not only in Sofia but in Varna, Plovdiv, Bourgas and Svishtov as well. The Business Master Classes took place first in 2001; over 10 000 students participated in the classes, and representatives from 300 companies were lecturers. This project also ensured access of about 200 companies to the biggest database of talented students in Bulgaria.
