BBLF is a distinct leadership group, including business leaders from different nationalities and industries, who are united by their commitment to the principles of corporate social responsibility. BBLF members share the idea of honesty and transparency in any business endeavour and make their profits fairly to the benefit of the community. The Forum is part of the global network of the International Business Leaders Forum.

Organisations’ members are represented by an appointed person and each member of the Forum is entitled to participate at the General Мeeting and to be elected as member of the Managing Board.

Membership process:

Membership in the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum is open to Bulgarian and international companies, organisations and individuals, who are committed to implement and promote socially responsible business practices and the principles of business ethics. Each company applying for BBLF membership is supposed to submit for Managing Board consideration:

• Application form
• Recommendations from two BBLF members
• A short presentation in Bulgarian and English and logo of the company/ organisation

The CEOs of the applicant companies will be invited to meet the BBLF Managing Board. Should the BBLF Managing Board come up with a positive decision about your membership, you will be invited to sign and accept the Business Ethics Standard obliging all of its grantees to observe and encourage the rules of ethical business.

Membership Fees

• BBLF membership fees are paid annually in the month of membership granting.
• Companies’ membership that is currently set for a 12-month period at a rate of 700 euro.
• NGOs membership that is currently set for a 12-month period at a rate of 350 euro.
• Individuals’ membership that is currently set for a 12-month period at a rate of 350 euro.
• Newly accepted members are subject to a one-time initial joining fee of 100 euro.
