New Edition of New Managers Programme in April

PwC’s Academy is happy to announce that the new edition of the New Managers programme will start in April. Registration is now open! 

The PwC Academy's New Managers Programme begins on 20 April, led by the experienced lecturer Tim Kemp. With over thirty years of expertise, Tim will use his extensive knowledge to support new managers in their professional growth. 

The programme is divided into three modules:

• Module 1: Focus on Self - the critical role and abilities of the Manager;
• Module 2: Focus on Others - the impact we have on managing others;
• Module 3: Focus on Business - from effectiveness to shaping trends in people management.

Some of the topics that will be covered are:

• The role and significance of management and the art of delegation;
• Decision making;
• How our brains react to stress;
• How do we create a healthier workplace;
• Holding critical conversations;
• Dealing with unhelpful emotions;
• Working with a diverse and multi-generational workforce.
