The Coaching Skills for Managers course starts on 23 November. During the training, participants will have the opportunity to acquire a "coaching mindset", focusing on presence, deep listening and asking meaningful questions.
The course is practical and aims to provide participants with coaching skills and tools that they will be able to immediately apply in their work environment. Attention will also be paid to the topic "lead as an example", which will enable growth, purpose and motivation within a team.
