Maxim Behar, BBLF Board Member and its former Chairman, and globally recognized PR expert, has been elected Vice President of International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO), the world’s largest PR association that represents over 1,600 PR firms. At the ICCO Summit in Paris last week Behar moderated the whole PR forum discussing the current challenges the industry is facing and new moments in the client-agency relationship.
A week earlier Maxim Behar who earlier this year was elected Chairman of the Board of the World Communications Forum in Davos spoke at the Forum’s Regional meeting held in Prague standing up for transparency and publicity in a debate with British blogger Stuart Bruce.
Behar is founder and CEO of M3 Communications Group, Inc., a leading PR company, and Chairman of Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Prague. He is board member of dozens of Bulgarian and international organisations, lecturer and speaker at renowned universities and forums around the world and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles to Bulgaria.
