In 2023, Bosch Digital developed and implemented two long-term programs aimed to enhance the technical expertise of the employees and their leadership qualities as well. This investment is part of Bosch Digital's long-term policy to improve the IT environment in Bulgaria. We, at Bosch Digital, believe that the change comes from within. If we want to improve the IT environment, we have to start from our own resources. In this way, we help the IT industry to respond to the dynamic business environment with more qualified personnel and, as a result, to support the Bulgarian economy by attracting more foreign investments. The current employees of Bosch Digital, which can be divided into two categories: - technical specialists of different levels in the company - leaders and managers

The Bosch Digital Leadership Academy has two editions covering a diverse range of leaders in the company. The first edition was realized in 2022, and the second in 2023. The duration of a program is about 6 months. Bosch Digital Cloud Guild is a program aimed at increasing the cloud competencies of employees. It was implemented for the first time in March 2023 and lasts for more than 8 months.

The Bosch Digital Leadership Academy includes 6 modules (Оur strengths and weaknesses through Lumina Spark; fundamentals of leadership; communication; performance management; organizational culture and organizational change management). Each module unfolds in a full-day seminar, in which the participants go through a theoretical part, then through a different type of simulations consolidating the learned content and skills. After each module there are also additional tasks that have to be completed. At the end of the program a special event is organized and all participants receive certificates. 56 company leaders participated in the two editions of the program. Over 45 different live and online training sessions with speakers from Bulgaria and guests from abroad are organized within the Bosch Digital Cloud Guild. The sessions include various formats - interactive trainings, technical competitions, theoretical lectures and others. More than 164 employees took part in the training. As part of the Cloud Academy, the company also organized a charity event, supporting the "Fund for Treatment and Rehabilitation of Children" of the BCAUSE Foundation with BGN 3,000.

The most valuable result of the Leadership Academy can be seen in the behavior of the participants. After the trainings, they are much more aware that the organization changes depend on them and their role is the key to the business. We can say that we already have much more successful leaders. The participants rate the program with 4.48 points out of 5.00, which we consider a tremendous success. The main goal of the Bosch Digital Cloud Guild was that the participants acquire new knowledge related to Amazon Web Services, which they can apply in their daily work.
