All employees and through a series of int. campaigns, forums, and discussions, where everyone can be part of the DEI ambassador network. We value diversity, and as a business, we can only "benefit" from the differences; they lead to diverse ideas, improvement suggestions, and a climate of shared understanding. Through a shared commitment to an open and inclusive culture, we continue to work towards a place that not only attracts talent but also contributes to achieving the best business results.
Project Duration
Five years ago, the company renewed its commitments towards equity, diversity, and inclusion through three key priorities: more women leaders, an inclusive bias-free workplace, and an active and diverse community. We implemented programs and practices to address all three goals.Beyond the gender equality percentages we set for ourselves, we now place even greater emphasis on the broader theme of diversity and inclusion. DEI is a guiding principle within the company, integral to our corporate DNA.

Project Results
Teams led by their diversity are the teams that manage to respond, be flexible, and proactively lead what is happening. We believe that we have created an open and modern flexible work culture and environment where there is trust, and we are focused on achievements and results. There are no taboo topics for us; everyone is free to express themselves without hesitation, and this is evident in the positive performance of employees. The concept of treating others as you want to be treated is universal, and we embrace this philosophy. DEI is a theme embedded in the company's business strategy, demonstrating the priority it holds. The freedom to be accepted and express oneself freely provides significant career and personal opportunities, and we take advantage of that.
