The company's Corporate Social Responsibility policy is designed in a way that motivates employees to be socially engaged both locally and globally. The program aims to improve and support the community we live in and work by encouraging volunteerism and philanthropy. The primary tool for implementing the policy is the global corporate platform HPE Gives (benevity.org), sponsored by the HPE foundation. On a local level, the focus is on three priority areas: Society, Education, and Environment. The achievements are rooted in the efforts and proactive contributions of employees, both in the planning process and in the implementation of various initiatives.

The target group includes all HPE employees, as well as Bulgarian citizens from various social groups - individuals with different abilities, children with special needs, children in disadvantaged situations, and stray animals. In order to reach these groups, we partner with non-governmental organizations - we have collaborated with more than 70. The main methods of collaboration established are interactive workshops, panel discussions, and training sessions, along with volunteer initiatives.

The resource group HPE Gives was established in 2017, and only in 2023, it organized over 250 events supporting various causes in Bulgaria. HPE's CSR policy aims to build long-term partnerships and projects. In 2023, the "Christmas Stars" campaign was organized for the 6th consecutive year. "Sunny Smiles" was initiated in 2020 and is still on-going. The partnership with DarPazar dates back to 2019, and from 2020 until now, we have been jointly organizing 2 volunteer activities monthly.

During the year, more than 250 events were organized, including: 17 art workshops in cooperation with BCNL, 2 visits to the “Knigini” Association in Chelopek village, a long-term partnership with institutions for people with disabilities and children deprived of parental care in Karlovo, regular visits to the shelter for stray dogs in Divotino village. For the third year, the “Beyond Abilities” forum was organized to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Inspiring stories of people with different abilities were presented during the event, and sign language interpretation was provided throughout the forum. Additionally, 4 workshops for employees and 2 discussions for managers were organized. The event was attended by 331 people, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. One of the regular volunteer events is the “Volunteer Summer Challenge.” It aims to promote the company’s CSR practices and encourage more employees to participate in volunteer and charitable activities. In 2023, the challenge attracted 54 employees, who managed to carry out 2023 individual activities.

'In 2023 HPE Bulgaria donated BGN 328 256 through "Benevity". At the annual Christmas charity raffle in 2023 BGN 12 000 were raised for the beneficiary project - "Ready for Success" by "bCause". Through the "Christmas Stars" initiative 218 children in disadvantaged situations from across Bulgaria received a Christmas gift. "Sunny Smiles" supported 6 centers, involving 172 employees, purchased and donated 78 items with a total value of BGN 6 119, contributing to improving the quality of services offered by the centers. In a partnership with TimeHeroes HPE donated 784 packages of various food products to over 60 people in disadvantaged situations for Easter. In 2023 through themed charity bazaars, HPE collected an amount of BGN 11 902. in support of 16 organizations.
