The main focus of the corporate social responsibility programme, which Questers has been developing on for more than 15 years, is the educational sector. The project aims to improve, develop and modernise the Bulgarian schooling system as well as to support alternative forms of education. The company funds various educational organisations and their initiatives with one key goal in mind - to assist young people in getting prepared for the labour market and in their successful integration into society. Guided by the desire to achieve this, Questers makes it a mission to help provide accessible education for kids and students and to encourage digital transformation in economically weak regions. Additionally, the company occasionally supports other social and environmental campaigns.

Questers' project aims to provide financial support to the following target groups: - students with interests in science and technology, who are eager to develop their skills - children and adults in underdeveloped areas - people with special needs, who need support for better social integration

Questers has been working on its Giving Programme for more than 15 years and has been involved in long-term support of organisations and initiatives such as “Telerik Academy School”, “Teach for Bulgaria”, “Education Without Backpacks”, Natural Sciences Olympic Teams Association, “S.K.O.R.E.C.” University Club. Last year, the company directed part of the funds to causes like “Art Atelier Tvorilnitsa”, “The Social Teahouse”, “JAMBA Foundation” and others.

In 2023 Questers Bulgaria: • Funded “Telerik School Academy” for the academic 2023/2024 year to organize digital education for over 37 children in Montana and Sevlievo • Donated to the “Teach for Bulgaria” organisation to support their mission about quality education for every child • Supported financially “Education without Backpacks” for the creation of digital educational resources in Bulgarian • Funded “S.C.O.R.E.C.” club in the Faculty of Biology at Sofia University, which engages students in practical activities • Funded NSOTA for a suitable training process for exceptional talents • Provided furniture donations for the classrooms of “Dari Znanie Foundation” The company also assist organisations outside the educational sector: • Supported Art Atelier “Tvorilnitsa” and people with mental disabilities • Supported Jamba Foundation, that works on improving the social integration of people with special needs • Supported the “Social Teahouse”, which assists young people from state care institutions or with a problematic family background • Raised funds for the “Adopt a Pitbull” initiative

• The students from the “Telerik Academy” in Montana and Sevlievo are learning new technologies and developing their digital skills • Supporting the "Teach for Bulgaria" initiative ensures a high-quality education for all children by bringing in skilled teachers to the educational system • The donation to “Education Without Backpacks” provided educational resources in Bulgarian language for teachers and students • The donated funds to the Natural Sciences Olympic Teams Association supported young talents and helped them to excel in various international competitions • The “S.C.O.R.E.C.” club members were able to implement what they’ve learned through practical activities • The material resources donated to the ”Dari Znanie Foundation” helped equip the foundation’s classrooms
