The aim of the project is to provide a creative workspace and a culture hub for employees of all backgrounds to be part of the Sensata family. Our mission is to encourage employees to appreciate the richness of cultures, continuously improve communication, build friendships with other employees and strengthen the sense of belonging within Sensata through development, discussion, volunteering and social activities. Our goal is to provide opportunities to learn about new cultures and gain intercultural understanding, to improve team collaboration and working relationships, to enhance sense of community service and self worth through volunteering.

The project is open-ended, the ACE local group in Sofia was established in 2022 as a continuous volunteering activity.

ACE organizes events mainly aimed at the company's employees. Activities include meetings and discussions with external speakers, promotion and sponsorship of charities, organizing events to learn about different nationalities, cultures and countries, represented by Sensata employees. The events are organized in person, but also streamed online in order to include employees from all locations. Example activities: - Cultural quizzes - Discussion on "the power of the word and forgotten Bulgarian words" (on the occasion of May 24) - Discussion on "the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence" - Meeting with the Academy for children from the deaf community and learning about sign language - Series of meetings on the topic: "Blow the cultures' clichés a part" - Charity Christmas Bazaar

Enhance the desire for voluntary participation in ACE activities and increasing event interest over time to average attendance about 100-150 people.
