Project Aim
"The Tavex Way" project aims to develop not only the people within the company but also the business of Tavex, in order to achieve high results and sustainable success. It is based on the belief that investing in employees is an investment in the future. The initiative aims to strengthen corporate culture, improve customer services, and create an environment for current and future talents, enhancing social responsibility and growth. The goal is to build an ecosystem where everyone can develop their abilities in accordance with the company's standards, as well as their personal capabilities and desires, thus contributing to society. "The Tavex Way" is a commitment to change not only the business but also Tavex's impact on society.
Project Target Group
The target group encompasses all employees. Individual attention is focused on enhancing every level within the organization, from new hires to top management. The project aims to ensure that each team member will not only find their ideal role at Tavex but will also gain the opportunities and tools necessary for personal and professional growth. We reach out to everyone through integrated training and assessments, which facilitate career development and contribution to the company's objectives.
Project Duration
"The Tavex Way" project is integrated into Tavex's philosophy of social responsibility, having launched in December 2022. With its active implementation from the end of December 2023 and full realization by mid-January 2024, it already signals its longevity. Characterized by continuous development, the project persists in enriching employee competencies through specialized training and acquainting them with their new roles and the company's structure.
Project Activities
"The Tavex Way" project encompasses personality analyses of employees using the PPA by Thomas International and IProfile by OSM, combined with corporate values assessments. These evaluations determine the qualities Tavex seeks in its employees, supporting strategic talent acquisition and development. A focus group of long-standing employees reinforced the understanding of the values that shape the essence of the company culture. Concurrently, 15 key employees completed a year-long training with OSM (Mind Business School), aimed at a smooth transition to their new roles, part of the strategy for continuous improvement and adaptability.
Additionally, two group training sessions were conducted at the Tavex office, aimed at enriching the leadership and organizational skills of future and current managers. With 30 employees participating, these sessions were designed to equip participants with the necessary tools for team and project management aligned with the new structure set to commence at the beginning of 2024. Thus, Tavex is not only preparing its staff for the future but is also laying the groundwork for sustained organizational growth and improved work efficiency.
Project Results
"The Tavex Way" project contributed to enhanced efficiency and job satisfaction by improving interdepartmental collaboration and aligning individual ambitions with corporate goals. Trainings within the project enabled employees to develop their skills, discover their professional passions, and assume roles aligned with their interests and competencies. Furthermore, the implementation of "The Tavex Way" led to the creation of two new departments, providing development opportunities for part of the team and assisting in achieving business objectives. Clear roles and objectives are a significant outcome that shapes the company's structure and progress.
