Project Aim
As of 2017, Philip Morris International has been undergoing a historic transformation to build a smoke-free future. A key metric for us is user satisfaction using the NPS (Net Promotion Score) methodology. We use the same methodology to measure employee engagement (Employees NPS). The survey includes 10 areas divided into 50 questions. The survey is the basis for creating an engagement strategy. In 2022, we conducted data analysis, focus groups, interviews with employees to synchronize their expectations. Our focus is on 5 main pillars: Transformation, Leadership and Management, Career Development, Wellbeing, Reward and Recognition.
Career Development is a pillar that aims to improve role clarity, performance and quality actions in order to develop.
