Future IT jobs will involve many technical skills, such as computer vision, robotics, artificial intelligence and more emerging technologies that will largely rule our daily lives. Building educated and thinking young people who are competitive in the labour market is the first and fundamental step towards a better and fulfilling way of life in our society. Basic knowledge in the field of digital technologies is mandatory for children. No matter what is their professional occupation in the future, it will be a benefit for them. The project has two directions: 1. Development of young talents in the IT field and their retention in Bulgaria. 2. Preparing children for the digital future and improving their level of digital literacy.

Schwarz IT Bulgaria has partnered with the Vocational High School in Pravets to upgrade students' educational programs in grades 10-12. Another successful partnership is supporting free digital education, modern technologies and science for students from 1 to 12 grades across the country within the Telerik Academy. Schwarz IT Bulgaria's strategy is to develop young talents by preparing the next generation for success in the digital economy.

The project has a long-term effect and benefits students in their future career development. Program for free education of children from grades 1-12 in remote areas of the country - Vidin and Smolyan within the Telerik School Academy. Program for the development of young talents in NPGKTS in Pravets. Improving the quality of children's education in the field of digital technologies is part of the company's policy to create qualified specialists in the labour market

Partnership with NPGpo KTS, Pravets: - Computer room equipment. - Programming Olympiad for 10th and 11th grade students. - Internship program with a personal mentor, a one- or two-year scholarship and the opportunity to start working in the company as a Junior Developer on real projects. - Lectures on HTML and CSS, Java Script, Low Code / No Code development, Agile way of thinking and many other topics. All lecturers in this program are specialists in the company. The partnership with Telerik School Academy, as the largest free IT initiative for students from 3rd to 12th grade. Within two years, Schwarz IT Bulgaria supports the program in the Vidin region - villages Cenovo, Archar, Plastina, Belo Selo, etc. and in Smolyan district - villages Arda, Chepintsi, Startsevo, Momchilovtsi and Davidkovo, Smolyan district. Additionally, the company donates laptops to schools in these remote, isolated areas of the country. The donation is part of the initiative to help Bulgarian schools and children who have potential but do not have enough opportunities to develop their digital skills.

Since the beginning of the project, the following have been involved: Over 260 children were students through the program of Schwarz IT Bulgaria in NPGCTS, Pravets; 120 participants in the programming Olympiad; Equipment of a special hall for interactive trainings; Schwarz IT Bulgaria specialists held more than 120 hours of lectures 140 laptops have been provided under the Telerik School Academy program.
