The full program fills the gap left by the lack of structured and detailed practical education in the field of QA engineering. It offers a comprehensive approach that integrates the study of manual testing + technology + programming + automated testing + contemporary DevOps practices. The goal is to provide the fundamental knowledge and practical skills needed in the field of QA engineering so that graduates can start working as Junior QA and get the opportunity to grow in the IT field.

The program is suitable for complete beginners and people with basic QA experience looking for a career start in IT. Its practical focus helps everyone develop the necessary skills, whether they’re just leaving high school or already have a career in another field.

Within the first 5 months, the QA Engineering Program provides knowledge and skills enough for students to start working as Manual QA Engineers. Those who want to study for an Automation QA Engineer can continue in the program for another 12 months. The overall duration of the program is 17 months.

The program has 2 stages. In the first stage, students go through the QA basics, with a free course, and continue with fundamental practices and working with the most popular software technologies. Within 5 months, they’re fully equipped with the required knowledge and skills to start in a Junior Manual QA Engineers position. Completing the program's second stage leads to acquiring an Automation QA Engineer profession. Students master key programming principles, data structures and unit testing. They go through automated testing for back-end and front-end purposes. At the end of the program, they acquire a diploma and receive career support for starting their first job as QA engineers. Every course of the program ends with an exam that validates the theoretical knowledge and a course project, testing practical skills and key competencies acquired in the educational process.

Results will be analyzed when the first edition of the program ends in 2024. The free QA Basics course began on the 10th of January 2023 and started with more than 6 000 people.
