The initial goal of the project, which has already been achieved, was the development of people with different abilities. In addition to building a center, our project and partnership with JAMBA has a long-term goal, which aims to change the attitudes of the employer towards people with disabilities, and vice versa. This long-term goal is pursued by organizing many different activities - social and cultural events, workshops and free trainings. For this year we have set goals to develop projects that will be useful in both social and business aspects for JAMBA. We believe that a sustainable partnership is the most meaningful support that the business society can provide to organizations such as JAMBA.

The project is outside the boundaries of JTI Bulgaria. JAMBA focuses on helping people with disabilities who need assistance to reach the labor market. We believe that this target group does not receive enough attention and support, so we decided to support the idea of building an "Adapted Career Center for Young People with Different Opportunities", which has so far trained over 600 people and 320 people have entered the labor market. a kind of center for people with such needs in our country

The project has been supported by JTI Bulgaria for two consecutive years. The project started with a financial donation to the organization, which by then had started to raise funds for the construction of a career center, but the project managed to develop as a larger, long-term one that aims to change the environment and support people with disabilities in gaining experience in various professional fields through training and internships. As a next step, joint events and trainings are planned.

The project created an environment for the development of people with disabilities, which was not existing before. The presence of this center has enabled this group of people to have their own place where they feel comfortable, valuable, where they know they can gain skills, knowledge, receive support, guidance. The evidence for this change is physical - the center is a fact and helps people in the process of finding a job, but the most significant change is the feeling that guests in this place can experience when go in. The center is a contact point for people with different opportunities and businesses. We do not communicate with them on daily basis, but through the center we learned that we should not set barriers. We learn gestures, smile to each other and that creates inclusiveness.
