Project Activities

In turbulent COVID times, when many consulting companies are struggling to survive, Commetric's 38% business growth has led to a 49% increase of employees. The new colleagues are trained quickly in order to effectively and efficiently off-load the current staff from the overwork and more experienced employees to have the resource possibility to take on new, more challenging projects. The on-boarding combines video, on-the-job project-based trainings, exercises into the test environment of the media analysis software. It covers different learning styles, allows trainers' work-life balance by simultaneously and remotely teaching and completing their regular tasks without additional workload. The individual career development plans, outlined during the process of performance and development assessment, provide clearer picture of the rapid redirection to new organisational levels. The turnover in the probation period is decreased from 11% to 1%, 6% of existing employees have been promoted thus enabling organic growth and business scalability for the company.
