Project - Education of C3i employees in the Executive Master of Business Administration program of the American University in Bulgaria

Project description

Project Aim

The project supports the professional development of the company's employees at mid-management level by financing their education in AUBG's Executive MBA program for the purpose of acquiring higher graduate degree, leadership skills and strategic thinking. In this way, their qualifications are enhanced and their contribution to the success of the company becomes even more significant.

Project Target Group

The program is targeted at employees at middle management level in the organization and aims at upgrading their knowledge and skills and allowing them to evolve as leaders.

Project Duration

The project has been continuing uninterruptedly for 12 years now - from 2007 up to present. One or two C3i employees enroll in AUBG's Executive MBA program each year.

Project Activities

Education in and successful graduation from the Executive MBA program of the American University in Bulgaria, resulting in obtaining American and European diploma for higher-education degree.

Project Results

The employees who have graduated from the Executive MBA program are considered 'successors' for vacant positions at higher management and director level in the organization. From the beginning of the project until now 18 C3i employees have graduated from AUBG's Executive MBA program.
