Part of the project was the anniversary motto contest, the winner of which was chosen by the plant personnel. More than 100 proposals were received, which shows how employees view the NPP-environmentally friendly, safe, reliable, efficient, with a successful history and future. The same messages,as well as the strong sense of belonging to the community developed by the colleagues, were also highlighted in the essays on My Words for the NPP written for the competition of the same name. The culmination of the celebrations was the corporate ceremony that brought together several generations of nuclear power engineers. At that celebration the song Smile for You was played for the first time, featuring a large, strongly united team working in a positive atmosphere, with professional values taking the plant to leading positions.
Project Results
Each member of the NPP personnel got the message that they form part of a unique company which has achieved success in many areas thanks to all those who have linked their career growth to the plant. The focus was placed on the team of Bulgarian nuclear power workers - the people who are actually part of a single whole, and for several generations have shared common values and worked with dedication, investing their personal energy, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the nuclear power units on a daily basis.
