PRESTIGE also strives to be a socially responsible company with an active position regarding the future of society. It is for this reason that the company initiates and supports causes mainly related to young people – namely, their education, personal growth, culture, sport and healthy lifestyle. Our mission is: PRESTIGE – strong supporter, partner and friend of children and young people in Bulgaria with a focus on their education and PRESTIGE sustainable partner of all employees.

The projects are inside and outside the company. “SUMMER ACADEMY PRESTIGE – The future is today” is initiative created for the children of company’s employees. “Entrepreneurship in action” and “Summer brigade” are programs for the needs of young people from schools and universities.

The projects are an integral part of the company's CSR. The Summer Academy is held during the summer vacation for 1 week. Entrepreneurship in Action is one-day seminars throughout the year. The Summer Brigade is a project that takes place in the months of June-September

“SUMMER ACADEMY PRESTIGE – The future is today”a pilot initiative of the company, focused on the care and attention of the children of our employees between the ages of 14 and 19, enabling them to participate in a one-week training course in communication and presentation skills, business etiquette, and enrichment of computer knowledge. With the help of company employees, young people get to know in detail how to write a CV and cover letter and what their employment rights and obligations are as future trainees and company employees. Entrepreneurship in Action is an initiative of our company's wide-open doors to all children, students and their teachers. During a one-day visit to the PRESTIGE's plant, we introduce our guests to the various professions in our business, talking about hard work, entrepreneurship and success. The result of the overall activity of the company, many realized projects and initiatives is that PRESTIGE is one of the reasons the city of Veliko Tarnovo to be a vivid example of economic prosperity, low unemployment and a preferred place of residence for more and more young people. The increasing number of requests from teachers children from their schools to be part of our open door project is indicative of the meaning and sustainability of this initiative.
