Рўo empower 80 young people with disadvantaged background for personal development and responsible attitude towards themselves by involving them in sport and non-formal education activities. Education and sport are significant in the work with youngsters with a proven efficiency.

80 young people age of 15-20 years from vulnerable groups, representatives of poor and socially disadvantaged parts of the society. With risk from dropping out of school and in risk of gambling addiction.

The partnership with Experian started in 2017 and is continuing. In the previous years and currently we have an already established and efficient cooperation on corporate volunteering and basic financial literacy through common activities with the children and youngsters using thematic board games. In 2019 we pass on the next level for realizing together Youth power project”.

- Playing board games as a tool for increasing financial literacy and forming skilles as - ability for focusing, communicating, work in a team etc. - Training “Do not go in debt – first steps in efficient money management” - for developing basic financial competencies, prevention of the gambling addiction, getting acquainted with factors, defining and leading to such addiction and forming skills for managing the risk of such addiction; - Regular football trainings, as a way for introducing physical culture, preventing aggression, bringing the culture of fair play and team spirit. - Improvment of the stadium itself and turning it in a community place for trainings of the children and youngsters. Installing benches and dressing containers.

The kids and the youngsters become more confident in communication and more open to people outside their usual circle. They learn how to communicate with adults, aware about the connection action-consequence and reflection on the behavior. The football program keeps the children motivated and focused, which makes them to cope better in school. There is a change in regard to discipline, persistence and consistency, responsible attitude and avoidance of unmanageable debts for the older ones.
