The company is licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission under License No. 74, UD/08.08.2025 and manages the UCITS contractual fund “Krepost.” The fund was created for investors who do not want to rely on luck but are seeking structure, discipline, and an investment approach focused on long-term sustainability.
“Krepost” does not attempt to predict the markets. No one can do so reliably. Instead, we build a portfolio with the potential to perform consistently both during bull markets and market downturns. We invest only in liquid stocks in developed markets.
Fees are clear and transparent: 0% entry fee, 0% exit fee, 3% annual management fee, and a 20% performance fee, which is charged only on realized returns exceeding 10% per year. In 2026, no performance fee will be charged.
For Bulgarian investors (individuals and legal entities) gains from investments in the fund may be subject to a 0% capital gains tax, in accordance with applicable legislation.
