Electrohold Bulgaria is 100% owned by Eastern European Electric Company B.V., which is owned by Eurohold Bulgaria AD. Electrohold Bulgaria is legal successor of CEZ Bulgaria, which changed its name after Eastern European Electric Company B.V. bought a majority share in seven Bulgarian companies of the state-owned CEZ a.s. on July 27, 2021.
Electrohold Bulgaria acts as shared services provider delivering management and support services to all companies of the Electrohold Group – Electrohold Sales, Electrohold Trade, EDG West, Electrohold ICT, Free Energy Project Oreshets, Bara Group.
