BBLF’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, 31 May 2023 starting at 4.00 p.m. (registration opens at 3.45 p.m.) at Grand Hotel Sofia, Sofia Hall.
If quorum is not met at 4.00 p.m., the Meeting will be postponed adjourned by an hour and will start at 5.00 p.m. regardless of the number of attending members in compliance with Article 27 of the Non-Profit Legal Entities Act and Article 9, para 4 of the Statutes of BBLF. The interval will allow for a networking cocktail.
Join us for a major meeting that will present various financial and other reports and will elect members of the Management Board and Controller of BBLF.

You are kindly asked to confirm your participation or provide the BBLF office with the name of the person you will authorise in writing to represent you at the Meeting by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, 31 May 2023 at phone: 02/986 5202 or by filling in the registration form. If you are unable to attend, please sign and seal the power of attorney.
Please find attached the nomination form that you could fill in and send back to the BBLF office by Tuesday, 30 May 2023 by e-mail: office@bblf.bg. BBLF member companies may place nominations at the General Meeting as well.
