Piraeus is among the best banks in client service in Bulgaria

Piraeus Bank Bulgaria is among the top three banks in the field of client service in the country, according to the last survey in banking sector, implemented by International Service Check. The bank receives 87.9% approval after a procedure of mystery shopping.

The survey is developed among the major European banks, including 13 of the biggest ones in the country. In the final overall rating, Bulgaria holds the fourth position.

„This is an important recognition to the activity of Piraeus Bank in the country and to our constant and long-term efforts to keep the satisfaction of the customers on the highest possible level. And this is the obligation as well, since we understand that clients of the banks are becoming more demanding, so all the banks should continue to be transparent and responsible to customers”, said Athanasios Koutsopoulos, CEO of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria.

The results of the survey are based on the development of the three main scenarios. The first is related to the corporate banking, where the presentation of adequate offers was investigated. In the second the focus are individuals, and in the third – the mobile banking. The same methodology is used everywhere in Europe, so the results of the banks in Bulgaria, including Piraeus Bank, are representative for the region.
