CEZ has trained 537 of its employees under the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development". The project was titled "Increasing the competence of employees - the key to good communication with customers".
The training took place in four main modules: "Management Skills", "Customer Service", foreign languages training and computer skills.
"As one of the largest employers in Bulgaria, we aim to provide new development opportunities and support the potential of our employees. Our goal is to improve the competence and work skills at all company levels in order to improve the quality of customer service," said Peter Dokladal, Regional Manager of CEZ in Bulgaria.
In February 2011 CEZ Group in Bulgaria was awarded third place for its program for key employees in the category "Investor in Human Capital and working conditions" of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum.
