Careers Advisory Project was initiated by BBLF and implemented by Snelling Personnel Services in partnership with the Sofia University Student Careers Advisory Centre. The project, which was open to all universities based in Sofia, offered to students a series of 12 seminars on:

The purpose of the seminars was to give a practical idea of what it is like to pursue a career in a certain field, what are the most typical job positions and opportinities in the chosen business area, and their main functions/duties. The project attracted as guest lecturers and panel members some of the top business leaders in Bulgaria, whose companies are BBLF members: KPMG, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, AstraZeneca, Aventis, Bulgarian American Credit Bank, M3 Communications Group, Inc. , Cisco and many others.

The idea of BBLF and Snelling Personnel Services is to develop this project into an annual one and to hold similar seminars in other university centres in Bulgaria.
