Strategy of Innovation Leaders’ Summit brings together top level management

One of the most significant events of the business community in Bulgaria brought together business leaders looking to expand their innovation strategies and to apply new strategic approaches in order to capitalize on the delivery of new value.

The first event of such caliber in Bulgaria - “Strategy of Innovation” Leaders’ Summit was hosted by AIMS Human Capital Bulgaria and Macedonia in partnership with the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF). The special guest speaker of the event was Ms. Jill Hellman, a prominent, energetic and memorable speaker with 15 years of experience in strategy, innovation and training who has addressed audiences of some of the largest companies in the world.

The topic of the meeting “Strategy of Innovation” was specifically chosen by the organizers in view of the challenging business and economic climate at the moment. It prompted business leaders to consider new models that allow them to sustainable business development. Ms. Maria Shishkova, Managing Partner of AIMS Human Capital Bulgaria and Macedonia, opened the event with a call for more frequent communication among business representatives, which may in turn lead to more opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation.

Drawing on her extensive experience in innovation, the key speaker - Ms. Hellman presented concrete examples from different industries illustrating the possible models and strategies that companies may apply when striving to create a competitive advantage. Delegates at the meeting had the opportunity to comment on each of those models and find a use for them in their own business.
