CSR - Driver of Excellence in Customer Service

Prof. Vesselin Blagoev, Director of International University College and Editor-in-Chief of "BusinessWeek" Bulgaria and one of the new BBLF Board members participated in the conference "Excellence in Customer Service". The event took place in Best Western City Hotel under the organization of the agency, specialized in mystery shopping - Shoppix.

 

Prof. Vesselin Blagoev presented vividly on behalf of BBLF the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility as a driver of business excellence. He described CSR as an effective tool for showing customers how sustainable the company is in all its actions and thus creating good impression in them.

 

Under the topic of "Excellence in Customer Service" the participants also had the pleasure to learn more for mystery shopping, marketing optimization and customer service control in the point of sale, active learning, etc.
