Together, we will discuss how the expectations of young professionals are changing, what actually works in practice, and how companies can transform internship programs into a genuine pipeline for developing future specialists and leaders.

Our special guest will be Hristina Ivanova, career consultant, coach and trainer with extensive experience in career development, talent acquisition and talent development. She will share insights gained through her work with employers, students and young professionals.
