The TELUS Digital Bulgaria Community Board Foundation invites foundations, associations, community centres, and other non-profit legal entities to apply with their projects focused on healthcare, education, or the environment.
The maximum funding per project is up to BGN 15,000. This year, the foundation of TELUS Digital Bulgaria is allocating a total of BGN 170,000 across two open calls to support projects that have as direct beneficiaries children, young people or their families, and use social innovation and technology in addressing a problem identified in the communities where these organisations are active.
The application deadline is 23:59 on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. All details and application forms are available on the foundation’s website: www.communityboardbulgaria.org. In the past year, 13 organisations benefited from a grant from the TELUS Digital Bulgaria Foundation: Deaf Kids Power Foundation, EMRPOVE Foundation, Association ‘Club of non-government organizations’ Targovishte, ARTON-Bulgaria Foundation, Foundation Community in Help for the Addicts, Life with Scoliosis Foundation, Right to Childhood Foundation, Bulgarian association of Moschcowitz Syndrome (TTP), Speleo Club Burgas-NEPIAST, Foundation Povey, Association Nasam-Natam, Association Green Balkans - Stara Zagora, and Community Centre “Lyuben Karavelov 1897”, Kurtovo Konare.
With this new grant session, TELUS Digital Bulgaria Community Board continues its commitment started in 2015 to support local communities. In 2024, the foundation of TELUS Digital Bulgaria celebrated its 10th anniversary, and was awarded for a second time Best Donation Programme at the Annual Awards of the Bulgarian Donors’ Forum, having funded to date 179 projects with over BGN 1.5 million.
