This updated 3-monthlong programme consists of 9 modules, focusing on business strategy, people management, project management, marketing, innovation, and more.
From this Fall season, the PwC’s Mini MBA programme includes a new module "Operational Agility: Strategies for Efficiency", designed to provide participants with the necessary skills and tools for effective management and monitoring of various business operations. The content of Modules such as "Corporate and Business Strategy", "Innovation & Creative Thinking" и "Enabled Organisation" has been also updated for the changing needs and trends of today’s business environment.
