PwC’s Academy is inviting you to the Lean Six Sigma White Belt free webinar and Yellow Belt training course!

Lean Six Sigma is a management methodology that aims to increase quality, performance, and customer satisfaction with lower costs. Its 2 main focuses are the systematic elimination of waste from every process in the company and only keeping activities that are of value to the customer. 

The PwC’s Academy Lean Six Sigma White Belt free webinar is a half-day online course that gives a basic overview of the Lean methodology. It will take place on 1 November 2023. You can register to it via this link. Upon completing the course, you will get an international White Belt certificate that proves you have an understanding of the Lean basics. 

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training course will be held on 2-3 November 2023. It will help participants understand what a Lean way of working looks like and what Lean thinking is all about.The course is suitable for project team members and for all those who want to learn more about the basic principles and benefits of the Lean Six Sigma methodology in an interactive and effective way. After completing the course, participants will receive an internationally recognised certification that confirms your skills in Lean Six Sigma and enhances your managerial competencies.
