Megapark with BREEAM Excellent certification for buildings in use

In August 2023 Megapark completed a long process of application for BREEAM Excellent Certification for buildings in use with success! The certification is a confirmation for the Asset and Management Performance.

BREEAM, which stands for Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method, is a widely recognized certification scheme that assesses and rates the sustainability and environmental performance of buildings. It evaluates various aspects of a building’s design, construction, and operation, including energy efficiency, water usage, materials used, indoor environmental quality, and more.

The BREEAM certification provides a standardized way to measure and benchmark the sustainability of buildings, helping to reduce their environmental impact and operating costs while creating healthier and more efficient spaces for occupants. It’s a valuable tool for promoting sustainable construction and recognizing buildings that meet high environmental standards. The certification levels range from Pass to Outstanding, with Excellent being one of the top ratings a building can achieve.
