New Edition of PwC Academy’s New Managers Programme Starts in November

The New Managers Programme, led by Tim Kemp begins this November. Tim is a specialist with over 30 years of experience. He will use his extensive experience to help new managers in their professional development. 

The programme is divided into three modules, which will be focused on a variety of topics, some of which are:

• the role and importance of the manager, and the art of delegating; 
• dealing with unhelpful emotions; 
• defining and measuring meaningful performance metrics;
• dealing with a diverse and multi-generational workforce.

There are two options to join the New Managers Programme:

• The first group stars 3 November 2022 or
• 9 November 2022
