Lion's Head Management Wins First Prize in Buildings, Real Estate, Facility Management of Bulgaria’s Greenest Companies b2b Media Awards

The company won the award for significant transformation and introduction of a number of energy-saving processes in the buildings it manages

Lion's Head Management deservedly won the first prize in the annual awards of b2b Media "Bulgaria’s Greenest Companies". The winners were announced on May 12, 2022. The company was awarded in the "Buildings, Real Estate, Facility Management" category for significant transformations and introduction of a range of energy saving processes in the buildings it manages. The twelfth edition of the Green Business Oscars examined projects in 33 categories, judged by an 11-member jury.

New green areas have been built, and MyFlex co-working space in Megapark has recently opened.
