In line with the continuing efforts of achieving greater efficiency of global IT operations, Teva, the owner of Actavis, has decided to establish an upgraded corporate IT Centre of Excellence (IT-COE) in Sofia.
The Sofia technology hub will enable Teva to further improve its efficient IT operations providing very high quality support and a professional handling of high-tech services and support on a global level, covering the international markets where Teva is operating. The IT-COE will support all aspects of Information Technology services: managing a complex Infrastructure environment with 10 major data centres and more than 10,000 servers; improving the global messaging infrastructure and platforms; supporting complex, global, cutting-edge applications and the company’s cyber-defense strategy; providing professional IT support for the quality and compliance activities to ensure Teva meets all regulatory requirements.

One of the aspects of running this global, pharmaceutical giant is to have the right technology to ensure smooth and successful operations for all aspects of our business.
