Maxim Behar Receives Global Award for Best Manager

The leading Bulgarian PR expert Maxim Behar, founder and CEO of the leading Bulgarian PR agency M3 Communications Group, Inc, received the golden trophy from Stevie Awards founder and president Michael Gallagher at a gala banquet in Toronto, Canada.

Maxim Behar dedicated his Gold Stevie Award in the 2015 Chairman of the Year category to all of his colleagues and partners with whom he had worked in M3 Communications Group, and particularly the ones he currently works with.

Behar was awarded the prize in competition with over 1,800 candidates from all over the world in the Chairman of the Year category. For the first time a Bulgarian national has won the gold in this category.

Maxim Behar is President of the World PR Association (ICCO) as well as Chairman of the Board of the World Communication Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

M3 Communications Group, Inc., for its part, was declared a Bronze Stevie winner in the Public Relations Agency of the Year in Europe category In recognition of its "20 years of outstanding performance", high degree of professionalism and contribution to the development of PR business in Bulgaria.

"It was very exciting, such a prize is received probably once in a lifetime, moreover against such competition. But it shows that Bulgaria is fully able to compete against any other country in the world, a place where business could be done in an accurate and upright manner if you have the right attitude. To make business ethically and successfully is the harder path not only in Bulgaria but anywhere else. For us, however, it is the only possible one and these new awards are a clear sign that with a lot of work and innovation success always comes," Behar said in a statement.

Created in 2002, the Stevie Awards are often referred to as the Business Oscars. They honour and raise awareness of the achievements and positive contributions of organisations and professionals worldwide. Nowadays the Stevie Awards are one of the world's most coveted prizes.
