Every year we participate in a number of international competitions in our sphere and since 2008 we have won over 30 Awards from various prestigious organisations. Achievements as Gold Stevie Award for Contact Centre of the Year in the world, Top ICT Employer, Outsourcer of the Year are certainly the ones that we are most proud of but definitely the jewel in our extensive collection is now the Silver Award for Employer of the Year in Europe!
The European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards recognise professional excellence throughout the UK and Europe. It is a firmly established annual event, recognising and rewarding the best and most successful individuals and organisations in the contact centre and customer service industry.
The prestigious organisation presented us with an Award in one of the most competitive categories at a glamorous ceremony in London that united the most influential leaders within the contact centre and customer service industry and rewarded individuals and companies that made a real impact to the contact and customer service industry over the previous 12 months. In order to be recognised as such a successful company, 60K went through a tough judging process including a presentation of the company and also an on-site visit by an expert from the organisation who was introduced to our values and facilities in person and evaluated our achievements first-hand.
Receiving the Silver Employer of the Year Award is a significant milestone in our corporate history. Our efforts to be “The Place Where All the Happy People Work” are now officially more than notable – they are award-winning. Since the foundation of 60K in 2008 we have gone the extra mile to make sure that our people are happy, respected and stimulated to expand on their talents and spend their time with 60K belonging to a big community rather than to just a company. We have gone through a various initiatives in the past few years – The Rhythm of 60K and Code of Ethics, the number of annual events for all employees and their families and our efforts towards receiving the “Investors in People” certificate are just the tip of the iceberg.
