The purpose of the programme Fantastico By You is to contribute to achieving sustainable change in public life through implementing projects and initiatives in six key areas: education and culture; health; support of vulnerable groups; social entrepreneurship; sports; and environment. The program provides various support opportunities. The unique chance of the company to directly engage both its over 3,000 employees and hundreds of thousands of customers who enter the supermarkets of the chain every day with the cause, it supports, is at the base of any socially responsible initiative of Fantastico Group. So together, we can be a part of the change our society needs, and we reach thousands of people through the supported projects.

Fantastico By You is a national program. It supports various groups of the Bulgarian society not only in the regions where the company operates. In 2023, projects aimed at children, vulnerable groups, and people in need, organizations that work to integrate refugee children into the education system, institutions, health and educational initiatives, scientific forums, cultural and sports events, charitable causes, and environmental projects received support.

The Fantastico By You initiative was launched in 2023 to unite all FANTASTICO GROUP social campaigns. Every year, the Fantastico By You fund will finance projects in 6 areas. Moreover, the company continues to support dozens of causes (e.g., the breast cancer prevention campaign organized by the One in 8 Foundation). We continue to develop our campaigns for the benefit of society (e.g., My Enlighteners with an emphasis on education and culture).

FANTASTICO BY YOU program provides various support opportunities: • The program's fund supports projects in six key areas. In 2023, 19 projects with a total value of nearly BGN 200,000 were supported. The 2024 budget of the fund is BGN 500,000. • Direct donations from the company • Donations from customers - our supermarkets are recognizable as a donation platform. • Sale of cause-related products – A special place in our supermarkets is reserved for products produced by mothers of children with disabilities, refugees, and other vulnerable groups. • Support through food products - in recent years, our campaigns in support of Ukrainian refugees, homeless people during the COVID pandemic, and aid to victims of the powerful earthquakes in Turkey stand out. • Support through voluntary work of our employees. • Communication support – the commercial network of FANTASTICO GROUP is a huge communication platform (billboards around the sites, advertising equipment in the sites, video screens, local radio, etc.) that has been repeatedly used to promote causes. Even shopping bags have been used for implementing social causes.

In 2023 alone, 60 organizations and thousands of Bulgarians received support under FANTASTICO BY YOU program, while the environmental projects financed by the fund were implemented in areas with a population of over 142,500 people. These results were achieved through the competitive procedure for financing from the program fund, other direct donations of the company, 1 donation campaign in supermarkets, and personal donations from employees. Over the last year, FANTASTICO GROUP and the company's customers and employees have made donations of BGN 873,683. In the period 2018 - 2022, the social campaigns organized by FANTASTICO GROUP reached more than 21,000 people and over 50 organizations, according to a special report prepared with the assistance of PwC Bulgaria.
