Project Aim

A good team is the basis of any company's success - this particularly applies to the fast-moving consumer goods sector. The majority of our employees are in direct contact with our customers every day, and the quality of the service offered and customer experience depends on their work. That is why, continuous training and further training at all levels is a priority objective for the company. A team of HR professionals works on several programs for employee motivation, achieving customer satisfaction, and balance between private and professional life.

Project Target Group

The measures and policies for ensuring human and labor rights in FANTASTICO GROUP include a set of programs that are aimed at both current employees (over 3000 professionals) and potential job applicants at the company.

Project Duration

All programs covered by the Strategy are covered permanently. The Strategy is based on established practices and is updated in response to the dynamic changes in the economy, labor market, and the needs of the people involved in the team. Every year the strategy is built upon by creating new initiatives or expanding the existing ones.

Project Activities

Remuneration In the period July 2021 – July 2023, the employees’ salary was increased 3 times (average: 35.27 %). Benefits Employees benefit from discount cards, sports cards, additional health insurance, food, and holiday vouchers, gifts for the birth of a child and at retirement, additional leave for personal moments, a Knowledge + card, and a subscription to the Ucha.se platform. Care for You This is an employee physical and emotional well-being program, which includes free medical examinations and tests for the most common illnesses.In 2023, it was upgraded with workshops, mountain hikes, paintball, go-cart racing, football, yoga, etc. Training FANTASTICO GROUP develops its digital training platform and invests in training conducted by leading external speakers and professionals in the company. Young People The initiatives Future Team, Fantastic Semester, and Fantastic Summer provide training and work opportunities for pupils and students with the company’s support. Project Results

We measure several indicators to track the effectiveness of HR programs: - In 2023, over 6,100 job applications were submitted, which shows interest in FANTASTICO GROUP as an employer; - In the period 2021 - 2023 staff turnover decreased by 4 %; - In 2023, over 90 % of the people involved in the team underwent training in various fields lasting 21,000 hours; - Internal career development - in 2022, 48 % of the company’s employees occupied management positions; - Diversity: - 64 % of the employees are women, and the share of women occupying management positions is 41 %; - 13 % of the employees are under the age of 30; - 84 employees have more than 20 years of experience in the company; - 4 % of the employees have permanently reduced working capacity; - Citizens of nearly 15
