The purpose of this project is to develop and unfold in a long-term perspective, with no set end.

Four cross-cutting priorities: Gender equality: We created new recruitment posters to promote professional gender balance. Annually, we organise events, related to the International Women’s Day- 8th March, when we organise meetings with our teams across the country to promote the message of gender balance. We also mark the 25 November- The International day for elimination of violence against women. Inclusion of people with different abilities: Impact Week-a week of initiatives with local workshops to support inclusion. We hold morning meetings and take part in sport events Inclusion of the LGBT+ community: We celebrate the month of June by sharing information within our teams ensuring community inclusion and rights. In 2023 we encouraged our employees to design our motto ‘I AM PROUD’ and share their proposals on our internal pages and platforms Socio-ethnic inclusion: Our teams currently consist of 8 nationalities. Annually we mark the 21st May The Cultural Diversity Day with morning meetings and breakfasts celebrating diversity. In 2023 we organised an internal competition where our employees had to present their favorite dish from various international cuisines

As a result of the project efforts, we report a beneficial impact and result in the direction of retention of our teams, as well as in terms of emotional and mental well-being.
