The aim of the project is VUSI Unisped ins Plovdiv to create a favorable environment and attractive conditions for young specialists to stay in Bulgarian companies. The purpose of these efforts is to prepare future professionals in order to increase the potential of each company, both horizontally - by filling the team of highly qualified specialists, and vertically - by creation of new departments. The higher education school tried to reflect business expectations and requirements in its programs, so as not to require the students' knowledge to be refined in order to acquire concrete business skills.

The pre-diploma internship project was implemented for two months and involved 23 students who got to know each other and participated in the process of working in the company. In practice, students become familiar with the technology of movement of foreign trade documents under all customs regimes.

The project "Science and business for intelligent growth" was implemented for two months in the offices of Unisped Ins EOOD Plovdiv. During the project, the students attended and participated in the work process according to a schedule from the university. Business partnership - at any level is possible!

The student internship is definitely a good mechanism for realizing the idea of interaction between the university and business. The result of foresight is that universities and businesses make the most of possible joint projects. What's more, through these efforts, students are encouraged to increase the potential of students, and the business thus fills a new pool of ambitious and highly motivated young professionals. This is how universities turn to the real bank for professional staff who, from the moment of graduation, already have the necessary business training in a real environment. The goal of VUSI as well as of "Unisped ins" EOOD is to create a favorable environment and attractive conditions for young specialists to stay in Bulgarian companies. As a result of the implemented project, the practical skills of the participating 23 students were improved, and they received the opportunity for an internship in the field of general business, good professional relationships, a favorable social atmosphere, and the opportunity to constantly upgrade their knowledge in the field of customs legislation. and practical skills. Of particular importance for the future development of the company, as during the internship they apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice, they improve it and thus they will soon be integrated into the business.
