IMPACT WEEK - This is an event that is always present in our social responsibility calendar, as working with differently abled people is one of our main pillars of D&I. We celebrate diversity by organizing inclusive initiatives, through which we mobilize our teams to support people with different abilities. Meetings of D&I Champions in Sarajevo, 2022. and in Belgrade, 2023 - we had the opportunity to be invited to participate in the "Unblocking D&I" workshop with amazing international speakers and debaters. It was a unique opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen the implementation of our strategies, programs and activities. D&I Champions Meeting in La Coruña 2023 - a huge international gathering of D&I Champions held under the title: "TIME TO ACT IS NOW 2023-2024". Some of the speakers included Oscar García Maceiras - CEO and Begonia López-Cano - People Manager at Inditex. Every day of the week we organize morning meetings with team members to discuss different topics and projects. To inspire our teams, we organize challenges to put ourselves in the shoes of differently-abled people and collectively think about their adaptation.

Together with Stray Sheep, we held a workshop focused on sign language training for managers from all 32 stores. This allowed us to adapt our team members to deaf colleagues by providing sign language training. We participated in the "Jestojest" event organized by Andy and Aya Academy together with Stray Sheep and shared our experience in successfully hiring and training three deaf employees. Thanks to our partnership with Caritas Bulgaria, we hire employees from different backgrounds and refugees. We conduct interviews with people with Down syndrome, thanks to the support of the "Down Syndrome Association in Bulgaria". Every year we participate in Run2gether, in support of youth people with different abilities. Currently part of our team are 7 people with different abilities.
