Project Activities
In 2022, ClearWare demonstrated its commitment to the development of the IT sector in Bulgaria by creating GrowIT, a free IT academy. Through this initiative, ClearWare aims not only to enrich the knowledge and skills of participants but also to contribute to the creation of over 300 new job positions in the IT sector over the next five years. Two editions of the academy have been organized so far (in September 2022 and March 2023), and the third edition is scheduled for spring 2024, with candidate recruitment currently underway.
We believe that our knowledge and experience should be shared. This is the path to success, especially if our goal is to grow both personally and as a society, continually improving and creating high-quality products and services.
Project Results
As a result of the two editions of the GrowIT academy, a total of 25 students were trained. Eight of them joined ClearWare and became part of the company's team without having to leave their hometown or relocate. They continue to live in Pleven but now have the opportunity to work for a software company operating in international markets, thereby simultaneously enhancing their quality of life and standards.
