Our long-term goal is to educate employers on how to choose the right employees. Motivated students, therefore, will quickly develop their talents by starting in the right workplace for them. In this way, the company will optimize its processes and develop its economic activity. We are sure that this is the shortcut to raise the level of Bulgarian economy and working environment together. We sincerely believe in this cause, which we will develop in the coming years. Bulgaria's economy must move forward. A key tool for this is fresh creative students who need to integrate successfully into the business environment. The OMNI platform is a purposefully created natural environment that will drive and support this socio-economic process.

Each company has the opportunity to select candidates by their field of study as well as their personality, soft skills and innate talents to find the most suitable and long-term employee according to set criteria. Students will be able to create their own profile, then follow the company and receive instant information about the job postings they have posted, any events, training and open days organized.

Our project over the last 4 years "Lend a hand, create a workforce" aims to reduce the gaps between the expectations of companies in the labour market and job seekers. Our main focus is on students, and we work closely on career orientation and development. Based on targeted research and data analysis, it is clear that the labour market is increasingly limited by well-trained, creative and motivated staff.
