Project - Socialization in a work environment of people from risk groups

Project Aim

Integration of persons from risk groups in the work process. These are young people coming out of homes for abandoned children, deaf and dumb people, as well as those with various functional difficulties. These are people who need to be helped to be equal and well-integrated people in society.

Project Target Group

Young people coming of age and leaving homes for abandoned children. Deaf people.

Project Duration

This is a long-term project, it takes enough time to have its benefits for society.

Project Activities

Active search for people with functional disabilities. Meetings with the management of the company in order to understand and accept the above mentioned people. Creating a closed Facebook group to bring more of them together. Media presentation. Active daily work with these people, with the aim of clear and gradual socialization in the workplace.

Project Results

In 7 months, I have four young people who, after coming of age, work for us. We also found work for others, in other companies.
