The Programme aims to offer practical information and counselling on a variety of topics and is available not only to all Mansion employees but also to their people closest people. Information can be provided over the phone or via email; and counselling is offered at a time and location convenient to the person in need. The Programme benefits for the employees are: no cost to the employees, 24 hours a day availability; confidential and impartial source of support.

The Employee Assistance Programme of Mansion is designed especially for the employees of the company and is equally available to all employees in all 3 locations of Mansion group – Bulgaria, Gibraltar and Spain. As part of MANSION Group Mansion Technology & Operations Center in Sofia offers to program to all its employees.
