Project Aim
Our goals:
• to encourage investments in new sectors of the economy and those with high added value
• to create favourable conditions for the investors
• to assist in the implementation of Bulgarian and foreign investment projects
• to support the development of Burgas economic region
• to develop industrial zones up to the latest standards

Project Duration
The beginning of this project was set in early 2012. Definitely our project is categorized as a long-term type. It is divided into different stages, which start with:
- infrastructure construction (2 to 4 years),
- attracting investors (permanent),
- development of the industrial territory (permanent)
overall management of all processes (permanent).

Development of an industrial park has been noted in specialized media such as: Manager magazine, Logistics magazine, Industrial Products and Applications newsletter, we have participated in the platform of "Capital newspaper" - "Growing Regions". We have participated in interviews for television, radio, online platforms and others.
Project Results
As a result of our project so far are the following data:
- 35 attracted new companies (investors);
- fully developed infrastructure in the Industrial Zone "North" of Burgas;
- 90% realization on the territory of the terrains in the Industrial Zone "North";
- over 800 new jobs
- start the realization of a new territory for industrial purposes in the Industrial Zone "South" of Burgas
